Oh dear the husband is poorly so he's currently on a soup and bread diet bless him......but I'm not and I can't waste a Friday night dinner on soup and bread (even if it is Covent Garden soup) so I'm going all out on one of my ultimate last supper faves, baked camembert!
I love cheese, the hard kind, the blue kind, the really stinky kind and especially the melted kind. A couple of sprigs of rosemary from the garden and a couple of cloves of garlic and hey presto......not forgetting the tiger bread and most importantly vin blanc accompaniment.
Sometimes I add some baked tomatoes or a bit of celery or apple on the side to attempt to reach my 5 a day (or is it 10 now, you'll be lucky!).
